Hongsun was founded in 2009, is a manufacturer specializing in OEM custom made high precision parts for all kinds of industries. We are well-experienced at CNC Milling & CNC Turning Parts, Laser cutting and bending parts, plastic machined parts and Wire-EDM Parts. The materials can be aluminum, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, wood and bamboo. Products are widely used in communications, electronics, machinery, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment and other precision parts.
Our CNC workshop is 1500 square meter and located in Shenzhen, equipped with over 30 states of the CNC Lathes and 3, 4 axis machining centers. Our Laser cutting and bending workshop is 3000 square meter and located in Zhongshan, with 10 CNC laser cutting and bending machines. Besides, we also provide professional surface treatment service for all of the machining parts, including anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, painting, polishing, grinding, heat treatment, laser engraving, etc.
For more than 10 years experience, we have full set of quality checking equipment to ensure the precision of the products. The tolerance can be reached within + / - 0.002mm. The material can be qualified with RoHS, ASTM, UNI, ISO9001: 2008. As a quality-assured manufacture, our factory has won a good reputation from the overseas customers.
